By accessing or using Puppy Pack, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Puppy Pack. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, profile details, and all activity under your account. You must not transfer, sell, impersonate, automate, scrape, or create accounts to evade enforcement or reserve names.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, uploading, or sending content, you grant Puppy Pack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the platform.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share your content. Content must be lawful, respectful, and compliant with our Community Guidelines.
You must not harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, scam, exploit, discriminate against, or otherwise harm other users. You must not post malware, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content that promotes real-world violence or hate.
Puppy Pack may help users discover or organize in-person events. Event organizers and attendees are responsible for their own conduct, safety, venue compliance, age checks, local rules, and legal obligations. Puppy Pack does not supervise events and is not responsible for offline interactions.
We may moderate, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, content, events, messages, or features when we believe there is a policy violation, legal risk, security risk, user safety issue, or platform abuse.
Puppy Pack may rely on providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Sentry, authentication providers, maps, email, analytics, and hosting services. Their own terms and policies may apply to their services.
We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of Puppy Pack at any time. We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Puppy Pack is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or offline damages arising from your use of the platform.
If you are based in the European Economic Area, you may have mandatory consumer rights under your local law. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Puppy Pack may list or facilitate in-person events. Attendance is at your own risk. Event organizers and attendees must follow our Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. We are not responsible for the conduct of participants at in-person events.
