We collect account details, email address, display name, handle, profile details, location you choose to provide, photos, posts, comments, messages, event activity, reports, device and technical logs, and authentication/session data.
For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.
We use your data to provide the service, authenticate accounts, show profiles and content, enable chat and events, enforce safety rules, process reports, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve performance, and comply with law.
We do not sell your personal data. Public profile and feed content may be visible to other users. We may share data with service providers including Supabase for database, authentication, storage and realtime features; Vercel for hosting, analytics and performance; Sentry for error monitoring; and email or authentication providers when enabled.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Puppy Pack. We may retain limited records after deletion when required for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or enforcement of our Terms.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent protections.
